WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our EMEA Recruit Enablement team, part of the Warsaw GBS office. This team plays a key role in ensuring Bain delivers a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates across the region. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Bain’s EMEA offices, providing support for day-to-day recruiting activities and system administration. You’ll also contribute to broader project work aimed at improving how we recruit across the region.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Recruiting Administrator (called Coordinator, EMEA Recruit Enablement), you’ll support regional recruiting efforts - managing critical workflows, owning key systems, and ensuring a smooth interview process for candidates. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of Bain’s recruiting operations across EMEA.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of experience in recruiting administration, HR operations, or similar roles
Proficient in using HR systems or talent management platforms
Fluent in English (C1 level); additional language skills are a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
