WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our EMEA Recruit Enablement team, part of the Warsaw GBS office. This team plays a key role in ensuring Bain delivers a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates across the region. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Bain’s EMEA offices, providing support for day-to-day recruiting activities and system administration. You’ll also contribute to broader project work aimed at improving how we recruit across the region.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Recruiting Administrator (called Coordinator, EMEA Recruit Enablement), you’ll support regional recruiting efforts - managing critical workflows, owning key systems, and ensuring a smooth interview process for candidates. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of Bain’s recruiting operations across EMEA.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Managing candidates’ applications in recruiting system

Pre-screening and screening applications for desired roles and eventsUpdating recruitment process workflow stepsManaging screening lists in the systemAdministering applicants journey to ensure all profiles are managed in a timely manner


Managing interview process

Scheduling job interviews for candidates applying to Bain consulting rolesSupporting the interviewers allocations and timelinesSending interview invites to candidates via recruiting systemMonitoring the team mailbox for potential candidate questionsSupporting communication among the local recruiting teams in EMEA, interviewers, and candidates


Process improvement and project work

Sharing expertise and best practices with the Warsaw GBS team and EMEA local officesSupporting process improvement and implementation of tools and automationsCollaborating with Warsaw GBS team to gain the highest process efficiency


Additional responsibilities 

Covering for your team colleagues Preparing events paperwork and logisticsSupporting Recruitment daysOther recruiting related tasks


ABOUT YOU

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree

2–3 years of experience in recruiting administration, HR operations, or similar roles

Proficient in using HR systems or talent management platforms

Fluent in English (C1 level); additional language skills are a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
