Complete all required Spherion role based training.
Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice.
Document all activity.
Participate and prepare for 1:1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews, recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, and delivery check-ins.
Additional Recruiter Responsibilities:
Leverage all available resources to source qualified candidates for open opportunities i.e. internal database, job boards, social networks, candidate pipeline, referrals, candidate applications.
Prescreen candidates.
Generate candidate and client leads and referrals
Conduct In House interviews.
Administer skill assessment tests.
Facilitate employment verification, background checks, drug screens, credit checks.
Execute Community Based Recruiting (local networking, career fairs, posters, associations, etc.).
Participate in local networking groups and select associations to promote brand awareness and attract new talent.
Proactively develop, manage and maintain core skill candidate pipeline as assigned by leadership.
Interview Candidates.
Match qualified candidates to open orders.
Schedule interviews with Talent Consultants as necessary
Schedule interviews with client as necessary.
Facilitate employee Onboarding.
Work with Talent Consultant to conduct Ready to Work Orientations that meet specifications of our Guarantee.
Verify PPE based on customer requirements.
Scan documents & attach to candidate profiles.
Complete badges, photos, and customer specific pre-hire requirements.
Manage On Assignment Care Program to ensure employee job satisfaction, safety and retention.
Work with Talent Consultants to Execute MPCs (Most Placeable Candidate).
