We are seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities: ... Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Maintain job postings on internet sites and research prospect companies
Maintain up to date collections on all clients
Establish focused business development and recruiting plans
Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction
Perform reference check procedures

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to successfully interface clients
Interpersonal and communication skills
