Recruiter with German

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in Europe at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Warsaw but will support our businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Be an expert and partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their needsBe curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talentEffectively manage the end-to-end process of 15-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators who cover all administrative work)Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managersBe meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment processKeep up to date with local market trends and analysisUtilize all recruitment tools that we offer you to make a real impact

What you need to have:

At least 2+ years of end to end recruiting experienceFluent German and EnglishStrong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniquesA true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experienceData driven individual
