About this Role

Quanta Services, South Region is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support regional hiring efforts across multiple operating companies. This role will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to manage full-cycle recruitment activities for both craft and professional positions.

 

The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and understands how to recruit effectively within construction, utility, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding supportPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processesSource active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and industry channelsConduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordination of interview panelsMaintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation and ensure compliance throughout the hiring processDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring craft, technical, and leadership rolesRepresent the company at hiring events, career fairs, and industry networking functions as neededProvide regular updates and recruiting metrics to leadership and regional stakeholders What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting in construction, utilities, infrastructure, industrial, or field-service environments preferredDemonstrated success sourcing hard-to-fill and niche technical rolesStrong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter preferredAbility to manage multiple requisitions across different business units simultaneouslyStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in the office Monday-FridayWillingness to travel occasionally within the region as needed, up to 15% What You'll Get
