The Recruiter I will support student and early‑career hiring initiatives by managing high‑volume recruiting activities across multiple programs. This role is responsible for sourcing and reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offer processes, and assisting with onboarding activities. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and internal partners to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This position typically requires 1–5 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. The role operates under established guidelines and procedures, with close collaboration and supervision from senior recruiters or recruiting managers. Role will be 100% onsite in Seattle, WA Business Group / Function: + Student and early‑career recruiting during peak hiring cycles + Supports recruiting efforts across a wide range of corporate and operational roles + Works with undergraduate through PhD‑level candidates, including internships and early‑career programs Key Projects: + Recruiting for upcoming summer hiring cycles + Operational and client‑facing support with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities: + Review and evaluate candidate applications + Assess candidate alignment for internship and student program roles + Monitor and respond to candidate communications + Process offers and complete onboarding-related tasks + Participate in team meetings and daily or weekly stand‑ups Interaction & Work Environment: + Regular collaboration with recruiting team members + Combination of in‑person and virtual meetings + Frequent communication via internal messaging and email tools + Fully onsite work environment with limited flexibility + Exposure to large‑scale student and university recruiting programs across North America + Opportunity to support a wide variety of roles and business functions + Hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruiting within a fast‑paced environment + Strong learning opportunity for early‑career recruiters looking to deepen operational recruiting skills Required Skills: + 1–5+ years of experience in recruiting + Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
