The Recruiter I will support student and early‑career hiring initiatives by managing high‑volume recruiting activities across multiple programs. This role is responsible for sourcing and reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offer processes, and assisting with onboarding activities. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and internal partners to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
This position typically requires 1–5 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. The role operates under established guidelines and procedures, with close collaboration and supervision from senior recruiters or recruiting managers.
