Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews and pre-employment activities, sourcing and screening talent, and supporting full life-cycle recruiting for both production and management roles across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
+ Augment Talent Acquisition team’s tasks across COGMD & IPSD.
+ Support coordination efforts for interviews and pre-employment activities.
+ Source and screen talent for various roles.
+ Support full life-cycle recruiting for production and management roles.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, team members, and coworkers.
+ Use recruitment metrics and insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
Essential Skills
+ Strategic Sourcing (attract passive talent using advanced sourcing methods, networks, and tools).
+ Stakeholder Management (skilled at building strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, team members, coworkers, and talent).
+ Data-Driven Decision making (uses recruitment metrics and insights to guide strategy, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance).
+ Applicant Tracking System & CRM Experience (i.e., Workday & Beamery).
+ Candidate Sourcing Tools and Boolean Search (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Factory Fix).
+ Offer Negotiations/Closing Strategies.

+ Bachelors preferred but not required for this role.

Work Environment
This role is based in an open office space, cubicle-like environment located in Seguin, TX, north of San Antonio. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for 2-5 hours of overtime depending on workload. This is an onsite position, not remote or hybrid, with possible travel of no more than one hour from the site, though travel is unlikely and less than 25%. Equipment such as a laptop, mouse, and headset will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
