Job Title: Recruiter

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm ( Thursday is WFH, subject to change)

The Internal Recruiter plays a central role in building Aerotek’s talent pipeline by identifying, attracting, and hiring high‑potential individuals for internal roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to ensure Aerotek continues to grow with exceptional people

who align with our performance‑driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent for internal positions, including Recruiters, Account Managers, and support roles.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to offer presentation and onboarding coordination.Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long‑term talent needs.Leverage multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, social platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and campus outreach.Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews to assess candidate fit and potential.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system.Promote Aerotek’s employer brand, ensuring candidates have a positive, engaging experience throughout the process.Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support workforce planning.Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and early‑tenure success.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales‑driven environments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented setting.Comfort with data, metrics, and structured processes.High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not always required depending on experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of East Brunswick, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
