Kforce's client, a Detroit, MI-based automotive manufacturer who brings engineering, technology, and design together to create innovative vehicles, energy solutions, and in-vehicle services is seeking a Recruiter Staffing Specialist. Duties Include: * Scheduling interviews, initiating, and tracking drug screen and backgrounds during pre-employment stage for hourly and salary employees * Provide topnotch candidate care; Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners * Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams * Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion via HireRight * Responsible for troubleshooting and researching all background check and drug screen questions and concerns * Manage and maintain candidate tracker and Applicant Tracking System with candidate pre-employment results using Excel and Workday * Communicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process
