We are seeking two (2) motivated and detail-oriented recruiters who can identify, interview, and onboard talent to fulfill the needs of the business. This role is involve helping to hire 250+ people. MUST RESIDE IN OCALA, FL OR WILMINGTON, OH. (W2 ONLY) Required Skills + 3+ years of recruitment experience focused on securing high-caliber candidates through strategic sourcing and talent identification. + 3+ years of proactive outreach, networking and relationship-building through multiple forms of communication like calling, emailing, LinkedIn, job-fairs, etc. This person will be expected to attend at least one job fair during their contract. + Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet current and future organizational needs. + Conduct interviews and feedback sessions for candidates, while simultaneously partnering with WEC stakeholders to ensure communication and alignment during the selection and onboarding processes. + Support candidates through onboarding through their first day/week on the job.
