We are currently seeking a Recruiter for JLL Business Services, our internal shared service business line. Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, the successful candidate will support full cycle recruiting: Responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributes 

Responsibilities: 

Create and execute a recruitment plan for various high-volume roles  

Work with the People Experience Partners and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate 

Utilize relevant job portals, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions 

Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial outreach to potential candidates 

Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) 

Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience 

Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives 

Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort 

Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events to attract top talent 

 

Sound like you? To apply you need to be: –  

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience and experience indirectly leading others

Bachelors in business administration, human resources or relevant field 

Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced high-volume recruiting environment while managing changing priorities, and working with a sense of urgency 

 

Tech forward mentality and experience working in ATS, MS Excel, MS TEAMs; experience with Workday, Smartsheets, and other online/collaboration technology a plus 

Strong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience a plus 

Team player who can also work independently and multitask
