The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: able to multi-task, comfortable on the phone speaking to clients and caregivers, able to speak comfortably in groups or in a one to one setting, understands computer software and able to effectively use tools provided by Assisting Hands Tampa Bay.

Job Responsibilities:

Hiring Caregivers Placing job listings Give description of job responsibilities Assist caregivers in filling out necessary new hire paperwork. Train new caregivers on policies and procedures. Create and maintain personnel files Answer the phone Perform other office duties as needed Scheduling Qualifications:

Previous Home Health experience preferred AS/BS/BA preferred, but will consider high school graduate Strong computer skills required and prior experience with a database system desired Able to problem solve and think outside the box Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task Possess excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills Capable of working with a diverse workforce and client base as well as various elder care service agencies. Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
