Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Recruiter to join our well-established team! In this role you will support a team identifying talent across multiple locations and assist level department managers with staffing multi-billion Dollar programs with top talent. Parsons’ extensive experience, combined with your attention to detail and motivation to learn quickly, will propel your career forward.

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the recruiting efforts across multiple programs. This is a broad, hands-on role, requiring a passion for recruitment, social media and most importantly outstanding networking and organizational skills. This will be achieved through the development of building strong talent pools, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as supporting with the development of new, creative recruiting ideas. As a Recruiter you will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee all projects under your remit, ensuring there is continuity and compliance within recruitment activities and a strategy to deliver on time and with top talent.

Working closely with decision makers across the business, thinking out of the box and support with solutions for any local recruitment issues. 

Ensuring candidates are qualified against a set criteria. 

Ensure credibility is maintained through effective feedback. 

Support Parsons Saudization programs through careers fairs, university days and building talent pools.  

Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidate.

Successfully liaise with mobilization and HR team to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate. 

Working closely with Internal Hiring managers across the business, ensuring you can successfully take in a brief and articulate with Management from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

2+ years of full life cycle recruiting

A dynamic mindset characterized by a strong drive to take initiative, think creatively and embrace challenges.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Effective English communication skills.

Attention to detail and advanced organization skills.

Ability to develop stakeholder and candidate relationships.

Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

Upholds the principles and values of the company and possess a high level of integrity.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or recognized HR qualification or certificate

Experience in engineering and construction recruitment or closely related.

Experience of working with advanced ATS systems, and AI tools.

Vision for embracing technology and candidate identification
