**Recruiter (Manufacturing)** Manufacturing Albuquerque, NM, US Pay Rate Low: 42.00 | Pay Rate High: 45.00 + Added - 06/08/2025 Apply for Job _Our client, a global contract development and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Albuquerque, NM!_ **Pay rate:** $42- $45/ hr. **Location:** Albuquerque, NM **Job type** : 6-month contract **Position Summary:** We are seeking a proactive and strategic TA Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruitment for our manufacturing site in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless hiring experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job requisition through offer negotiation and acceptance, ensuring timely and effective hires. + Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to align on expectations, clarify recruitment processes, and provide regular updates. Develop a communication plan to foster strong partnerships and talent acquisition success. + Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its talent needs to serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. + Perform market analysis for critical roles, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing strategies and educate hiring managers on market trends and best practices. + Source and present a qualified slate of candidates using advanced techniques to identify both active and passive talent. + Guide and support hiring managers through the interview and selection process, promoting a positive candidate experience and enabling sound hiring decisions. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. + Lead offer negotiation and manage offer acceptance and declinations professionally and efficiently. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. + Solid understanding of labor market trends and sourcing strategies, including experience with passive candidate sourcing. + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and employment laws and compliance. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **_Note:_** _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
