Job Description
Independently source and identify talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and Public Policy space. This role requires the ability to collaborate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. Prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred. Extensive experience and judgment are necessary to plan and accomplish goals, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The position typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical roles in the Legal and Public Policy sectors.Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job profiles and build quality candidate pipelines.Engage in passive sourcing, dedicating 40% of time to this task.Conduct candidate discussions, spending 35% of time interacting with potential hires.Work with hiring managers, allocating 5% of time to this effort.Participate in bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with hiring managers and interact with business partners.Essential Skills

Clear delivery and progression at a single company.5+ years of recruiting experience, with legal recruiting experience.A degree or certification is a plus but not required.Work Environment
The role is 100% onsite in Seattle, Bellevue, or Arlington, VA. The position entails a Monday-Friday schedule, working 40 hours per week with no overtime or holiday work expected. The work environment involves high-level roles, engaging with candidates and customers. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.
