Job Description

As a Sourcing Recruiter on the Corporate Hiring team, you will identify, engage, and assess top corporate talent across functions such as marketing, sales, program management, business analysis, vendor management, and risk management. You will own the sourcing lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and use recruiting data to develop effective sourcing strategies. Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers across corporate functions to understand role requirements, team needs, and success profiles for each position.Source and attract candidates for corporate roles such as marketing, sales, program management, business analyst, vendor manager, and risk manager positions.Use Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates.Conduct candidate outreach and build strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements and leadership principles.Provide behavioral interview support by assessing candidate competencies and potential for success in corporate environments.Coach candidates on interview expectations and process to ensure they are well prepared and informed.Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and hiring decisions to maintain a positive candidate experience.Leverage recruiting data and metrics to monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.Analyze your own recruiting data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.Drive toward performance goals such as monthly offer accept targets and efficient time-to-fill.Apply leadership principles such as Deliver Results, Customer Obsession, Earn Trust, Dive Deep, and Learn and Be Curious in daily recruiting activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and to continuously improve recruiting processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Work independently with minimal guidance, managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience considered most important for success in this role.Approximately 3–4 years of experience hiring for corporate employers, including roles in marketing, sales, program management, business analysis, vendor management, or risk management.Proven experience in corporate recruiting, including full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.Strong Boolean sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.Experience with behavioral interviewing and assessing candidates against defined competencies.Ability to coach candidates through interview preparation and process.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to both candidates and stakeholders.Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines, and deadlines simultaneously.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and use them to inform decisions.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to analyze personal recruiting data and develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies.Experience working in an agency recruiting environment, particularly supporting corporate roles.Experience in a large, complex corporate or technology environment is highly beneficial.Background in talent acquisition with exposure to full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for multiple corporate functions.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and reporting.Alignment with leadership principles such as Deliver Results, Customer Obsession, Earn Trust, Dive Deep, and Learn and Be Curious.Bachelor’s degree is beneficial and may be required for certain conversion opportunities.

This role is 100% onsite in Seattle and operates within a fast-paced, data-driven corporate recruiting environment. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
