Recruiter II - Pharmacist Recruitment
Job Title: Recruiter II Job Description We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter who is passionate about building effective sourcing strategies and possesses excellent research and networking skills to identify and attract top talent, specifically pharmacists, using various channels. The ideal candidate will interview candidates within the framework of the position specification, screen and prepare candidate slates, and master internal ATS and CRM systems. You will create robust sourcing strategies, network with passive candidates, and work closely with hiring managers and client leads. Responsibilities + Passionate about building strategies for sourcing + Demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills via internet phone or other channels to identify and attract the best Pharmcists in the world. + Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. + Leverage and master internal ATS and CRM systems. Network with passive candidates work closely with hiring managers and Client Leads you support and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. + Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and understand their motivation. + Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. + Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. + Build sourcing strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. + Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process. + Participate in special projects/sourcing initiatives including assessment of best practices in talent evaluation and sourcing techniques Essential Skills + Strong ability to build and implement sourcing strategies. + Excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone, or other channels. + Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and preparing candidate slates. + Mastery of internal ATS and CRM systems. + Ability to recruit passive candidates and understand their motivations. + Strong networking skills and relationship management. + Effective communication, both written and verbal. + Ability to manage customer and partner expectations. Work Environment The work environment involves utilizing advanced ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate information and sourcing strategies. You will work closely with various teams, including hiring managers and client leads, to ensure the recruitment process aligns with company goals. The position may require participation in special projects and initiatives to enhance recruiting practices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
