ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating an understanding of hiring manager preferences and achieving high offer-to-interview ratios.Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about roles and processes, and effectively position our healthcare brand.Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing approaches and manage expectations.Recommend recruitment strategies that align with long-term company growth objectives, and implement new processes to enhance recruitment outcomes.Develop and articulate plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.Essential Skills3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including 3 years of sourcing.Experience in healthcare recruiting.Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and full-cycle recruiting processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.Proven ability to deliver in competitive and complex roles using strategic sourcing ideas.Experience with Greenhouse ATS.Resourcefulness and attention to detail.Work EnvironmentThe role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where delivering results and maintaining customer obsession are key. The team is rapidly growing, offering a dynamic and collaborative work setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
