Job Description

The Recruiter II is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The ideal candidate is expected to be familiar with a wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, and to rely on extensive experience and judgment to achieve goals. The position may involve leading and directing the work of others and typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

ResponsibilitiesRecruit and interview potential candidates.Check references and extend job offers.Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Lead and direct the work of others as needed.Utilize creativity and judgment to achieve recruitment goals.Essential Skills3+ years of sourcing experience.Strong passive sourcing abilities.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Proficiency in recruiting and technical recruiting.Experience with sourcing and Booleans.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.5-8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area.Strong detail orientation and hiring skills.Ability to work effectively in a technical sourcing environment.Work Environment

The position supports the Worldwide Operations Centralized Sourcing team and involves sourcing for site operations managers in rural areas. This role is fully remote.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
