Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates for site operations leadership rolesExecute passive sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean searchesIdentify and engage talent through external channels and professional networksBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsPartner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to align on sourcing prioritiesProvide market insights and talent availability feedback to the recruiting teamMaintain accurate sourcing activity documentation and candidate trackingEssential Skills
3+ years of sourcing experience.Strong passive sourcing abilities.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Proficiency in recruiting and technical recruiting.Experience with sourcing and Booleans.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.5-8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area.Strong detail orientation and hiring skills.Ability to work effectively in a technical sourcing environment.Work Environment
The position supports a Centralized Sourcing team and involves sourcing for site operations managers in rural areas. This role is fully onsite in Nashville, TN.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
