Join our team as a Recruiter II where you will play a crucial role in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. You should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, and rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity and latitude are expected, and you may lead and direct the work of others.
Responsibilities
+ Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
+ Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
+ Leads and directs the work of others, when necessary.
+ Manages high-volume requisition management for the RME business lane.
+ Drives results toward offers and meets strict launch deadlines by working backwards from target dates.
+ Acts as a specialist or program manager, requiring a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and compliance.
+ Manages approximately 60–70 requisitions, ensuring high-volume interaction with hiring managers and candidates.
+ Organizes and prioritizes tasks under pressure, managing competing deadlines effectively.
+ Works closely with the compensation team, submitting tickets, and navigating approvals during the closing phase.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
+ Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field.
+ Strong administrative and partnership skills.
+ Ability to manage high volumes and deadlines effectively.
+ Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and compliance.
+ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-5+ years of experience.
+ Client Lead or RBP-type profile or FLC Recruiter.
+ Experience working with complex Talent Acquisition processes.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to pull reports and work with metrics.
+ Corporate recruiting or HR experience preferred.
+ Seattle-area residency required, with presence in Seattle if performance expectations are not met.
Work Environment
This role is based in a technical environment supporting fulfillment center build-outs, including hiring for highly technical roles such as mechatronics technicians, electrical technicians, and conveyor belt and automation technicians. The position is located in the Seattle area, and presence in Seattle is required if performance expectations are not met. The work involves acting as the 'glue' for the business segment and requires strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
