Job Description
Join our team as a Recruiter II, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. Additionally, you will perform exit interviews and manage changes in employee status. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. Your extensive experience and judgment will be key in planning and accomplishing goals as you lead and direct the work of others with creativity and latitude.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage top talent through sourcing and candidate outreach.Conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates and prepare candidate summaries.Review candidate profiles and ensure alignment with role requirements.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and pipeline strategy.Participate in team meetings and maintain strong internal team interactions.Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.Proficiency in AI recruiting and technical recruiting.Strong talent acquisition skills.Familiarity with ATS systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.Experience in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $40.00/hr.
