We’re looking for a driven, people‑focused Recruiter II to join our global talent acquisition organization. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding. You’ll also support employee transitions through exit interviews and status changes.

What You’ll DoIdentify and engage top technical talent using diverse sourcing strategies.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design effective recruiting plans.Communicate sourcing strategies and progress using data‑driven insights.Manage candidates through the interview process quickly and collaboratively, ensuring an exceptional experience.Refine and optimize recruiting processes for greater efficiency and impact.Lead or guide team efforts as needed.What You BringEssential Experience4–8 years of high‑volume sourcing or recruiting experience (agency experience a strong plus).High-volume outreach through calls and emails.Proficiency with Boolean search techniques.Strong recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition capabilities.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Preferred Qualifications3+ years recruiting for skilled technical trades (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electricians, Engineering Technicians).3+ years working with CTS/ATS platforms for sourcing and candidate management.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.Ability to leverage tech-driven sourcing tools and research strategies.Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, projects, and stakeholders.Excellent relationship-building, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, including employer branding, diversity sourcing, and end-to-end candidate management.Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision in a high-speed environment.Work EnvironmentThis role is fully onsite, 5 days a week, in one of the following locations:
New York, NY; Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; or San Diego, CA.
You’ll be part of a newly formed sourcing team supporting Data Center hiring—a fast-growing and highly impactful area of the business. The contract has a high likelihood of extension, with potential for full-time conversion.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $54.00/hr.
