Job Description
We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter who is passionate about building effective sourcing strategies and possesses excellent research and networking skills to identify and attract top talent, specifically pharmacists, using various channels. The ideal candidate will interview candidates within the framework of the position specification, screen and prepare candidate slates, and master internal ATS and CRM systems. You will create robust sourcing strategies, network with passive candidates, and work closely with hiring managers and client leads.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Conduct research and use internet, phone, and other channels to identify potential candidates.Interview and screen candidates within the position specification framework.Network with passive candidates and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.Manage customer and partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Conduct in-depth interviews and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.Contribute to the company's long-range growth by implementing new processes and refining standard recruiting processes.Articulate sourcing plans with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process.Participate in special projects and sourcing initiatives, including assessing best practices in talent evaluation and sourcing techniques.Essential SkillsStrong ability to build and implement sourcing strategies.Excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone, or other channels.Proficiency in screening, interviewing, and preparing candidate slates.Mastery of internal ATS and CRM systems.Ability to recruit passive candidates and understand their motivations.Strong networking skills and relationship management.Effective communication, both written and verbal.Ability to manage customer and partner expectations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in building sourcing strategies for long-term company growth.Ability to articulate plans with deliverable timelines and tracking processes.Involvement in special projects or sourcing initiatives.Work Environment
The work environment involves utilizing advanced ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate information and sourcing strategies. You will work closely with various teams, including hiring managers and client leads, to ensure the recruitment process aligns with company goals. The position may require participation in special projects and initiatives to enhance recruiting practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
