Job Title: Recruiter IIJob Description We are seeking talented Sourcing Recruiters who are passionate about building innovative strategies for sourcing top talent. This role requires excellent research and hunting skills via internet, phone, or other channels to identify and attract the best Operations Leaders in the world. The ideal candidate will interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and possess a strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. Responsibilities + Demonstrate excellent research and hunting skills to identify and attract top Operations Leaders. + Conduct interviews within the framework of the position specification, preparing candidate slates in a timely manner. + Leverage and master internal ATS and CRM systems. + Network with passive candidates and work closely with hiring managers and Client Leads to create robust sourcing strategies. + Understand how to recruit passive candidates and their motivations. + Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches. + Manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. + Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. + Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, anticipating hiring manager preferences. + Build sourcing strategies contributing to long-term company growth, implementing and fine-tuning recruiting processes. + Articulate sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes. + Participate in special projects and sourcing initiatives, assessing best practices in talent evaluation and sourcing techniques. Essential Skills + Passionate about building strategies for sourcing. + Strong research and hunting skills via internet, phone, or other channels. + Ability to screen, interview, and prepare candidate slates. + Proficiency in leveraging and mastering ATS and CRM systems. + Networking skills with passive candidates. + Ability to manage customer/partner expectations. + Understanding of candidate motivations. Work Environment The work environment involves mastering technology systems like ATS and CRM, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and Client Leads. The role may include working on special projects, implementing new processes, and fine-tuning standard recruiting practices to deliver high-quality results. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
