We are seeking a dedicated Sourcing Recruiter to play a critical role within our Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) Talent Acquisition team. This position focuses on recruiting highly qualified candidates for diverse roles, leveraging actionable insights to create a long-lasting impact.
Responsibilities
+ Recruit candidates through proactive market research and assess them against top talent and cultural standards.
+ Manage and prioritize searches to ensure well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines are delivered on time.
+ Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills and qualifications, guiding them through the hiring process.
+ Utilize best-in-class candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies to build rapport.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow recruiters, coordinators, and business partners to meet talent needs.
+ Create exceptional candidate experiences, effectively organize, communicate, and demonstrate urgency.
+ Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and cycle times.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in any field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance recruiting.
+ Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
+ Experience with ATS or CRM systems.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $48.00/hr.
