Job Description

This role focuses on supporting high-volume internal hiring and internal transfers for non-exempt roles within fulfillment centers. You will work closely with site leaders and internal stakeholders to manage internal pipelines, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, and ensure internal candidates move efficiently through the process. The position is highly administrative and systems-driven, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, proactive communication, and effective management of internal candidate submissions rather than direct offer negotiations.

Responsibilities

Support internal hiring and internal transfers for non-exempt roles, including a mix of promotional opportunities and lateral moves for internal transfers.Manage a heavy volume of internal candidates who submit internal movement requests (SIMs) and ensure their applications progress smoothly through the process.Engage regularly with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, clarify expectations, and close internal candidates through strong communication and follow-up.Maintain strong organization and operate effectively in ambiguous environments, independently driving clarity in grey areas.Proactively conduct check-ins with stakeholders to prevent surges in requisitions and to minimize aging requisitions.Investigate stalled requisitions, identify root causes, and take action to ensure forward progress on open roles.Perform significant system work within the Hire platform, CRM, and related tools to track candidates, update statuses, and maintain accurate records.Manage 20–25 sites ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and consistent coordination across multiple stakeholders.Engage directly with site leaders, managing high expectations and building trust through reliable delivery and professional communication.Escalate concerns and issues professionally and appropriately, ensuring leaders remain informed and aligned on key hiring decisions.Perform responsibilities similar to a recruiting coordinator but at a higher level, requiring stronger stakeholder communication and broader ownership of internal hiring workflows.Adapt quickly when priorities change, pivoting effectively when redirected mid-task while maintaining quality and timeliness in deliverables.

Essential Skills

1–2+ years of relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting or coordination activities with strong attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with a systems-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple sites or communication channels simultaneously.Comfort working in ambiguous environments and with shifting priorities, including the ability to independently drive clarity in grey areas.Strong written communication skills, with heavy use of Slack or similar tools for stakeholder and candidate communication.Experience with recruiting processes such as scheduling, coordination, and offer-related workflows.Ability to deliver results consistently while maintaining customer obsession, earning trust, and demonstrating professional backbone.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with CRM tools and multiple recruiting systems, including platforms similar to Hire.Familiarity with CTM or similar tools designed to ensure candidate applications are processed without bias.Supporting internal pipelines such as fulfillment center associate roles and process assistant roles.Experience coordinating or supporting internal transfers and promotions for non-exempt roles.Bonus: experience with AI tools used in recruiting or process automation.Experience interacting with leadership and managing high expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Seattle and supports fulfillment center operations. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that relies heavily on digital tools, including the Hire platform, CRM systems, CTM, and Slack for day-to-day communication and coordination. The role involves managing multiple sites or Slack channels simultaneously and collaborating closely with site leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. The work setting emphasizes responsiveness, adaptability to shifting priorities, and consistent delivery of results within a structured yet dynamic operational environment

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
