Recruiter I

We are seeking a Recruiter I to support recruiting efforts within a U.S. government–aligned, security‑sensitive environment. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational recruiting experience and is looking to grow their skills in full‑cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and compliance‑driven hiring.

The recruiter will work closely with experienced team members and hiring partners to support candidate screening, coordination, and offer processes in a fast‑paced environment. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA

Key Responsibilities

Support full‑cycle recruiting activities under guidance from leadership.Assist with candidate screening, scheduling, and follow‑up communications.Conduct phone screens and maintain a positive, professional candidate experience.Support offer preparation, offer delivery, and basic compensation discussions.Maintain accurate candidate records within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.Help meet hiring timelines while following established processes and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceComfort working in a structured, process‑driven environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.Eligibility to work in a U.S. government or cleared environment (active clearance may be required depending on assignment).Prior experience supporting recruiting in government, cleared, or regulated environments.Exposure to high‑volume recruitingFamiliarity with ATS tools (experience level can be basic).Interest in learning sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.Experience supporting operations, logistics, administrative, or mission‑driven teams.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
