Description

We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join a dynamic recruiting team. You will support technical hiring initiatives and drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with key stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.Partner with hiring managers to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.Communicate sourcing strategies clearly, using data and timelines.Manage candidates through the interview process quickly and efficiently to ensure a great experience.Improve processes for efficiency while maintaining a strong client and candidate experience.

Skills:

Recruiting | Sourcing | Boolean | ATS | Lead Generation

Basic Qualifications:

High-volume recruiting experience (phone/email/text outreach).Experience with ATS/CTS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience supporting technical roles (Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, HVAC, Electricians, Engineering Techs).Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Ability to manage multiple searches and projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.Self-sufficient and able to work independently.

Experience Level: Intermediate

Work Environment: Fully on-site, Monday–Friday

This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
