Summary: Seeking an entry-level Recruiter with experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or direct labor sectors, to support HR initiatives and improve staffing processes.

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR preferred; High School Diploma required

Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience

Experience in high-volume recruiting, manufacturing, or direct labor preferred

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with resume tracking software

Ability to contribute to the development of new concepts and standards

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews assessing job experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors

Prepare and negotiate competitive job offers

Gather and prepare data for HR initiatives using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Manage data in HR systems including Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits Learning, and Recruitment

Pay: 20-28

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
