Job Description
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, including interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area. The Recruiter I will work under immediate supervision and rely on pre-established guidelines to perform the job functions.
Responsibilities
+ Recruit and interview potential candidates.
+ Check references and make job offers.
+ Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
+ Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
+ Adhere to instructions and pre-established guidelines while performing job functions.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
+ Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in recruitment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
