Job Title: Recruiter
Pay: $28HR (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential to Go Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending verbal/written offers.Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and maintain strong communication.Conduct pre‑screens, schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and participate in interviews as needed.Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring processes.Create and manage job postings, advertisements, and sourcing campaigns.Actively source candidates using tools such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and community outreach.Manage candidate activity, documentation, and reporting within the ATS.Provide a positive candidate experience and communicate key details around compensation, benefits, and next steps.Attend occasional job fairs, community events, and recruitment activities.Support internal transfers and assist with creating offer letters and recruitment reporting.Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and managing a full requisition load.Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and MS Office.Strong communication, relationship‑building, organization, and follow‑through skills.Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in DTLA with free parking. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The recruiter will work in an indoor remote work setting, primarily involving sitting or standing. The role includes frequent use of computers and phones, and requires wearing comfortable and office-appropriate attire.
