For more than 30 years we have leveraged our considerable expertise in global talent acquisition and business process improvement to redesign how skills are identified and recruited for our clients, and deliver exceptional talent acquisition experiences Job Description The recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end requisition lifecycle, from posting through initiation of pre-employment activities. They own candidate generation primarily through candidate applications, referrals and matching-to requisitions and will partner with the sourcing team, as needed. They work with a large pool of candidates, partner closely with Lead Recriters, Hiring Managers and Talent Care Advisors to provide a qualified candidate pool, manage the interview process and ensure the timely filling of the requisitions. They will partner with Lead Recruiters on how to improve existing strategies and provide feedback using analytics. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for helping others, the ability to flex and adjust to support a variety of hiring approaches and a background in recruitment of healthcare professionals in the United States market. They will act as the first point of contact for active candidates and will be able to convey the client’s EVP and talk knowledgably about the company, industry and role opportunity. Responsibilities: • Completes Discovery call documentation and partners with Lead Recruiter on strategy • Consults on timeline expectations over the requisition lifecycle • Consults on job descriptions • Performers queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates • Use screening and selection criteria to identify qualified active candidates against prescribed scoring criteria via resume review, pre-recorded interview, scripted interview, or a combination • Submits candidate short-lists to the Lead Recruiter or Hiring Manager and provides requisition status updates as required • Reviews the relevant strength and size of the candidate pool to determine with the Lead Recruiter if additional sourcing activities are required • Keep systems accurately updated as required • Acts as a brand ambassador to engage active candidates and retain their interest in the client’s company • Contributes, through excellent delivery, to high client satisfaction levels with the service to promote positive NPS scores, references and case studies from the account • Performs other administrative tasks, as needed • Performs other miscellaneous duties as required by management **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Professional Skills: • 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience • At least 1-year of experience of working in a faced paced environment • Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office • Fluency in English • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, with screening expertise in an in-house, RPO or agency role.
