Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. 

Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turn over. 

 

This position is based in FL.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience working within a Talent Acquisition function  Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required
