Recruiter - Early Career Programs (m/f/d)

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and attraction efforts for our Early Career Programs, with a strong focus on Germany based Apprenticeship Program and Dual Study Program. These programs are critical to building our early talent pipeline and shaping the future workforce of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination: Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Apprenticeship and Dual Study Program roles, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and interview process. Talent Attraction: Assist in the development and execution of targeted attraction strategies to engage students, schools, and universities across Germany. Leverage best practices, including advanced web sourcing, social networking, niche job boards, user groups, research, and databases Event Support: Help organize and participate in career fairs, school visits, and virtual info sessions to promote our Future Talent/Early Careers Programs. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all applicants, acting as a point of contact and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, the Future Talent Team,, vocational trainers, and school/university partners to align on recruitment needs and timelines. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system and ensure all KPIs are met and/or exceed European standards and metrics; and support reporting on key recruitment metricx Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media, career websites, and internal communications to promote our programs and success stories.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Passion for early talent development and a strong interest in vocational and dual education systems in Germany. Proven organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage well in a competitive environment Strong candidate and client management skills and a high level of service orientation Proven ability to align candidate attraction strategies with brand and business objectives Previous experience or internship in HR, recruitment, or education-related fields is a plus. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English Fluency in both written and verbal German is mandatory
Required education and experience / minimum requirement:
University degree in HR or similar field 1-3 years of recruiting experience with a strong history of successful and quick hires
