Job Title: Recruiter (Drivers) Location: Staten Island, New York Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $25/hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: M-F Responsibilities + Source, screen, and recruit qualified bus drivers to meet staffing demands + Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews, onboarding, and start dates + Verify licenses, endorsements, driving records, and compliance requirements + Maintain candidate pipelines and track activity in the ATS + Partner with operations to understand route needs, schedules, and urgency Qualifications + Prior recruiting experience preferred (transportation or high-volume a plus) + Knowledge of CDL requirements, DOT regulations, and driver compliance + Strong communication and follow-up skills + Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment + Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and job boards System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
