Recruiter Coordinator **Employment Type:** Contract/Temp **Date Posted:** 6/16/2025 **Location:** Minneapolis, MN **Pay Range:** $16.00 - $24.65 per Hour **Job Number:** JO-2506-2665 **Primary Function** You will be responsible for working closely with our client's recruiters championing day-to-day external hiring process as the main point of contact scheduling candidate travel, virtual and on-site interviews. In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with Human Resources Business Partners and Interviewers, external candidates, and your colleagues on the Talent Acquisition team. Location: Minneapolis, MN Hybrid - 3 days onsite Contract period: 6/30/25 - 9/27/25 Pay rate: $16 - $24.65/hr. Schedule: Must be flexible to work onsite 3-5 days a week, depending on business needs. Ability to work remotely, if the business allows. Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 pm CST **Duties & Responsibilities** + Manage verbal and written communication with candidates, interviewers and hiring managers. + Coordinate all interview scheduling and manage the pre-employment contingency process. + Manage the flow of the day and candidate experience during each interview day. + Track and report critical candidate workflow information using a web-based applicant tracking system (iCIMS), and by utilizing other Microsoft Office tools and the client's supported software programs. + Partner with Recruiters and Manager to help influence strategy and execution. + Create an amazing candidate experience through excellent communication. + Support new hires pre-boarding before their start date. + Complete projects and additional tasks identified by Talent Acquisition Manager. **Skills & Qualifications** + Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed. + Strong bias for action and attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage all levels and comfortable addressing all levels of candidates, employees and 3rd party vendors. + Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines. + Demonstrated capacity to pro-actively complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions. + A desire to continuously improve the way we hire, and eager to discover others in the industry who are improving candidate experience. + Excellent written and communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy. + High level of integrity, sound judgment & discretion regarding handling confidential or sensitive information. + Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, roles, and managers. **Education & Experience** + High School Diploma or GED. + Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a high volume, high paced, detail-oriented setting. + Recruiting and/or hiring background. + Scheduling experience. + Customer service experience. + Experience with iCIMS, Workday or other Recruiting specific software. **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
