From entry-level roles to seasoned manufacturing and management positions, this role is crucial in promoting our employer brand. The HR Recruiter will manage the full cycle of recruiting for manufacturing positions and engage with the community to highlight our company’s culture, workplace safety, innovation, and career growth opportunities. This hybrid role will also build a talent pipeline to support our company's future growth.
ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting for various manufacturing positions.Engage with the community to promote company culture and career growth opportunities.Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future company growth.Be present on the production floor to understand jobs firsthand.Promote the organization’s employer brand through various channels.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.Strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using ATS software.Proficiency in calendar management.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Experience in branding and social media marketing.Skills in Adobe Creative Suite and photography.Customer service experience.Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Tacoma, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
