Job Description
This role focuses on high-volume sourcing and recruiting for technical positions that support data center operations, including electrical and mechanical engineering, HVAC, electricians, and engineering technicians. You will partner closely with technical teams and recruiting leaders to design and execute effective candidate generation strategies, manage candidates through a fast-paced interview process, and continuously refine sourcing processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. The position offers the opportunity to help build a new sourcing function with strong potential for extension and future conversion to a full-time role in key regions.
Responsibilities
Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques, including high-volume phone, email, and text outreach.Partner with key stakeholders to build, refine, and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies for data center technical positions.Communicate sourcing strategies, plans, and progress to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, using data, deliverables, and timelines to provide clear updates.Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace while maintaining a strong focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.Develop, implement, and continuously improve existing sourcing and recruiting processes to increase efficiency and maximize return on investment, while keeping client and candidate experience as top priorities.Utilize CTS/ATS tools to source, track, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.Apply Boolean search techniques and other targeted sourcing methods to identify and engage technical talent in competitive markets.Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and stakeholders, continually seeking new sourcing channels and creative approaches to talent acquisition.Execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity-focused sourcing, and interview process coordination.Collaborate with immediate supervisors and follow established guidelines and instructions while contributing ideas to enhance sourcing effectiveness.Essential Skills
1–3 years of experience in high-volume sourcing or recruiting, preferably in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.Demonstrated heavy call, email, and text outreach experience for candidate engagement.High-volume recruiting experience across phone, email, and text channels.Experience using a CTS/ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.Previous experience and working knowledge of Boolean search techniques.Ability to work under immediate supervision while following pre-established guidelines and instructions.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage candidates and update stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and tasks concurrently.Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience supporting technical roles such as electrical or mechanical engineering, HVAC, electricians, or engineering technicians.At least 1 year of CTS/ATS experience specifically focused on sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.Targeted sourcing capability using a combination of technology-focused tools and resources.Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships in a high-demand environment.Proven ability to proactively network and build effective working relationships with candidates and internal partners.Track record of continually seeking new sourcing options and developing creative approaches to attract candidates.Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and candidate expectations.Ability to execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.Self-sufficiency and comfort working with minimal direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.Work Environment
This is a fully on-site role, working five days per week at one of the designated office locations. The team operates in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment focused on building a new sourcing function to support data center hiring. You will work closely with technical hiring teams and recruiting leaders, using CTS/ATS platforms, tech-focused sourcing tools, and standard office productivity software. The work involves frequent phone, email, and text communication with candidates and stakeholders. The culture emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement, with strong potential for contract extension and possible conversion to a full-time position in major hub locations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
