Job Title: Recruiter
Job Description

This role manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for roles such as operators and general labor positions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The recruiter sources, screens, and guides candidates through the hiring process while collaborating closely with hiring teams to meet staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including operators and general labor positions.Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other online job boards.Review and screen large volumes of applicants efficiently to identify qualified candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, present shortlisted candidates, and gather timely feedback.Schedule interviews and manage all candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Draft, extend, and track offer letters in a timely and accurate manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using Workday and Excel.Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms.Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding steps.Support general talent acquisition activities, including recruitment planning and hiring process improvements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with workforce and staffing priorities.Essential SkillsProven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments.Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with applicant tracking systems, including Workday.Proficiency with Excel for basic tracking, reporting, and candidate data management.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience recruiting for manufacturing roles and environments.Background in talent acquisition, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.Experience working within structured applicant tracking systems and HR technologies.Ability to contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.Comfort working in a collaborative team environment with supportive leadership.Work Environment

This is an onsite role based in a cubicle office within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. The recruiter works closely with a collaborative team and supportive leadership, with frequent interaction across departments. The position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic setting and the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.

This is a Contract position based out of Olive Branch, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
