Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent recruiter who can demonstrate strong tactical execution capabilities in offers and onboarding functions. This role requires a commitment to maintaining quality standards and delivering an exceptional candidate experience with minimal ramp-up time.

ResponsibilitiesExecute defined processes with high accuracy and minimal supervision.Manage candidate onboarding workflows with attention to detail.Meet service level agreements and quality metrics, such as responding to 99% of emails within 3 business days.Identify and escalate blockers appropriately.Communicate effectively through strong written communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions.Document processes consistently and provide structured status updates and issue reports.Quickly learn and navigate required systems and tools.Handle data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.Troubleshoot basic issues using documentation and knowledge bases.Essential SkillsProven recruiting, administrative, and onboarding skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, and ATS scheduling coordination.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in specialized domains such as immigration, relocation, screening, IT logistics, compliance or regulatory requirements.Familiarity with recruiting or HR processes.Knowledge of specific business functions, such as AWS, Stores, or G&A.Flexibility to work with multiple business lines or geographies.Willingness to learn new processes or business lanes as needed.Proactive in identifying process improvements or inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.Comfort with ambiguity while maintaining quality standards.Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing for a flexible work environment. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision, providing an opportunity for individuals who thrive in self-directed settings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
