Job Description

This role supports a major hiring ramp at a facility in Appleton, WI, helping increase headcount significantly within a short timeframe. The recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle, delivers an excellent candidate experience, and ensures all hiring activities are accurately documented and organized. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, coordinating pre-employment activities, and confirming start dates.Provide an excellent candidate experience by communicating clearly, responding promptly, and guiding candidates through each step of the hiring process.Support a large hiring ramp by helping increase headcount from approximately 300 to 360 employees within the Appleton, WI location.Source qualified candidates through various channels and maintain an active pipeline to meet ongoing staffing needs.Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.Prepare, extend, and track job offers, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place.Coordinate pre-employment steps, such as paperwork and other onboarding requirements, to ensure candidates are ready for their start dates.Enter, update, and maintain accurate candidate and employee information in ADP and other data management systems.Perform data entry and data processing tasks to keep recruitment and HR records current and complete.Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to manage spreadsheets, track hiring metrics, and organize recruitment data.Provide general administrative and clerical support to the recruiting function, including filing, scanning, and organizing documentation.Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and tasks simultaneously to meet hiring deadlines and business needs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.Proficiency with ADP for data entry, data processing, and data management related to recruitment and HR records.Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in data management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining candidate and employee records.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, for managing spreadsheets and recruitment-related documentation.Strong administrative and clerical skills, including filing, scanning, and document organization.Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.Excellent written communication skills to prepare professional correspondence and documentation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role based in Appleton, WI, supporting a large-scale hiring initiative. The position begins as a 3-month contract, with work scheduled Monday through Friday. The recruiter works in an office environment using ADP, Microsoft Office (including Excel), and other administrative tools to manage data and documentation. The role involves frequent interaction with candidates and internal team members in a professional setting, with a focus on timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and organized workflow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
