Recruiter – High Volume Full CycleOverview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, including corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and facilities positions.

In this role, you will own the hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and comfort working in a manual recruiting environment without automation tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions (40+ at a time)Support hiring across multiple functions: corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, accounting, and facilitiesOwn requisitions from intake through offer acceptanceSource candidates using a variety of channels and build active talent pipelinesConduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualificationsPartner with HR and hiring managers on compensation alignment and hiring strategyCoordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders and candidatesManage requisitions across multiple locations (Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Torrey Pines)Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in BrassRing ATSAdapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing hiring demandsOperate effectively in a highly manual recruiting environmentRequired Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceProven success managing 40–80 requisitions simultaneouslyExperience recruiting across multiple functions (technical, corporate, manufacturing, etc.)Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skillsExperience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholdersProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (BrassRing preferred)Strong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in technical or engineering recruitingBackground supporting manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience with onboarding processesComfortable working without AI or automated recruiting toolsWhy This RoleOpportunity to support diverse, high-impact hiring needsExposure to multiple business units and job functionsFast-paced environment with strong stakeholder engagementJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
