We are hiring multiple Sourcing Recruiters to support a Centralized Sourcing team focused on identifying and engaging leadership talent for site operations roles. This opportunity is ideal for a sourcing professional who excels at passive candidate engagement, market research, and pipeline development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA and plays a key part in supporting geographically diverse and often hard-to-fill leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for site operations and operations leadership roles
Execute advanced passive sourcing strategies, including complex Boolean searches
Identify talent through external platforms, professional networks, and targeted outreach
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to align on role requirements and sourcing priorities
Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and sourcing recommendations to the recruiting team
Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activity and ensure candidate data is up to date in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
3+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on passive candidate engagement
Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Familiarity with recruiting or technical recruiting environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5–8 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related area
Experience supporting operations, site leadership, or management-level roles
Comfort working in a structured, high-demand sourcing environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing sourcing needs
Work Environment
Supports a Centralized Sourcing team with national hiring scope
Focused on sourcing site operations managers, including roles in rural or less saturated markets
Fully onsite position in Seattle, WA

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
