Description Client is seeking a temporary Recruiter to support high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting for field leadership roles across a multi‑unit environment. This role will partner closely with field leadership to deliver strong hiring outcomes through a people‑focused, customer‑centric recruiting approach, while maintaining brand integrity and compliance standards. Lead full‑cycle recruitment for field management positions, including Director and Assistant Director roles within Learning Care Group centers Drive hiring outcomes and long‑term retention through thoughtful, data‑driven, and people‑focused talent decisions Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to field hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and providing consultative guidance Manage high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced, multi‑unit field environment Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively communicating and anticipating the needs of both internal and external stakeholders Act as a brand ambassador for Learning Care Group across all candidate and hiring manager interactions Utilize strong sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and proactive outreach (cold calling, events, etc.) Maintain an active and professional LinkedIn presence, including posting content and sharing recruiting events Track and manage recruiting metrics including time‑to‑fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction Ensure all required candidate documentation is accurately collected, documented in the ATS, and prepared for licensing and LCG compliance Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance recruiting efficiency Attend career fairs, college events, and recruiting events as needed Support additional recruiting or administrative tasks as assigned by leadership Skills Full cycle recruiting, Recruiting, Talent acquisition, ATS, Excel, Sourcing, interviewing, Onboarding, Human resources, Applicant tracking systems Top Skills Details Full cycle recruiting,Recruiting,Talent acquisition,ATS,Excel,Sourcing,interviewing,Onboarding Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred (some college required) Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience required Experience supporting high‑volume or multi‑unit hiring environments preferred Prior experience recruiting for leadership or management roles strongly preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Novi, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
