About this Role Ampacity is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle and help scale our team as we grow in the sustainable and renewable energy space. This role requires a proactive, organized recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, partnering closely with hiring managers, and contributing to a strong candidate experience. + Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + discretionary annual bonus + Location: Hybrid — 1 day/week onsite in Monterey, CA, with flexibility for additional days based on business needs What You'll Do + Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance. + Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies. + Maintain ATS data integrity across requisitions, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows. + Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and community partnerships. + Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance) and use data to drive improvements. + Oversee new hire onboarding and ensure compliance with employment and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with the Head of Talent and senior leadership on compensation benchmarking. + Represent Ampacity at career fairs and university events to build brand awareness What You'll Bring + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience + 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; construction, energy, or skilled trades background a plus + Hands-on ATS experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and passive outreach + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills + Analytical mindset with ability to track and present recruiting metrics + Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus + Approximately 10% travel annually may be required What You'll Get 💰 Competitive Total Compensation Industry-leading salary plus 401k for eligible employees 🏖️ Time Off That Matters Paid vacation, sick days, holidays, parental leave, and bereavement leave ⚖️ True Work-Life Balance Health resources and wellness support to help you thrive inside and outside of work 🏥 Comprehensive Health Coverage Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus additional health assistance 📈 Career Growth Opportunities Internal promotion priority with training and skills development programs 🤝 People-First Culture Diverse, inclusive environment where you're valued as a whole person Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
