About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for current and future hiring needs across the U.S. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, proactively identify top talent, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys owning searches end-to-end, influencing hiring decisions, and helping teams scale with high-quality talent.
What You’ll Do
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs across multiple teams
+ Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer
+ Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
+ Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment
+ Clearly communicate role responsibilities, career growth opportunities, and benefits to candidates
+ Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date documentation within the ATS
+ Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
+ Ensure recruiting practices align with company standards and all applicable employment regulations
What We’re Looking For
+ 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
+ Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles
+ Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to deliver a positive, professional candidate experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
