About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for current and future hiring needs across the U.S. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, proactively identify top talent, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys owning searches end-to-end, influencing hiring decisions, and helping teams scale with high-quality talent.

What You’ll DoPartner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs across multiple teamsManage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offerProactively source and engage qualified candidates using ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreachConduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignmentClearly communicate role responsibilities, career growth opportunities, and benefits to candidatesMaintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date documentation within the ATSProvide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure recruiting practices align with company standards and all applicable employment regulationsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionProven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple rolesStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsAbility to deliver a positive, professional candidate experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
