Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our fast-paced, dynamic, and highly-entrepreneurial team as a Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including loan officers and other corporate positions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and ideal candidate profiles.
+ Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and market outreach.
+ Recruit for a range of positions, including Loan Officers, Mortgage Sales Leaders, Operations, Underwriting, Processing, and Corporate roles.
+ Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
+ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Provide market insights, including compensation trends and talent availability, to inform hiring decisions.
+ Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.
Essential Skills
+ At least 2 years of recruiting experience in entry-level and sales-related skill sets.
+ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
+ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience recruiting in the mortgage industry is preferred.
+ Experience recruiting Loan Officers across the United States is preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesterfield, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
